Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in Florida, with the flexibility to work from home and in the field. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Revive Ecosystems’ conservation, mitigation and restoration projects. This position ensures that each site meets its ecological performance standards, remains compliant with regulatory requirements, and continues progressing toward restoration success. The SPM will coordinate daily with a cross functioning internal and external team of ecologists, land managers, engineering, legal and more. Additionally, the SPM will lead communications with key project stakeholders including agencies and public entities. The SPM is responsible for all budget tracking and organizing all project materials, and support reporting to Revive stakeholders and project stakeholders. Key responsibilities are listed below:
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance with restoration sites and through agency coordination.
· Develop and oversee project work plans, schedules, staffing plans and budgets for conservation, restoration and mitigation sites.
· Track project performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
· Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing team, client and stakeholder coordination efforts.
· Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and contract terms.
· Ensure all restoration activities align with permit conditions, management plans, and agency expectations.
· Lead all phases of projects and development of ecological and regulatory based materials.
· Assist in the preparation of management activity logs, maps, and documentation for compliance reports.
· Lead new business proposal development and project scope preparation.
· Assist with project credit sales, business development and growth of company.
· Follow and ensure all OSHA safety requirements are followed and established.
· Assist in identifying new hire needs and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Natural Resource Management, or relevant field experience.
· 5+ years of project management experience (mitigation or conservation experience preferred) in tandem with degree or 7+ years of related environmental practices.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with native Florida ecosystems, regulatory management, and agencies
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in variable field conditions
· A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field assignments
· Regular travel across Florida to field sites (3–5 days per month).
· Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification or similar certification.
Preferred Qualifications/Additional Details
· Burn boss or burn certification or fire ecology related education background
· Aquatic spray license via FDACS
· OSHA 10 or 30 certified

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility to work from home and in the field. As an Ecologist I, you will perform fieldwork, conduct environmental assessments, and collect data on wildlife and botany to support ecological projects. The role involves report writing, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring all projects meet environmental regulations. You will contribute to creating and maintaining sustainable ecosystems while balancing environmental and economic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field data collection, vegetation monitoring, and habitat assessments.
Assist with wetland delineations and environmental permitting support.
Compile, analyze, and report ecological data accurately and efficiently.
Utilize GPS/ArcGIS tools for mapping and spatial analysis.
Collaborate with project managers and senior ecologists to advance restoration objectives.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of wildlife and botany, with the ability to identify species and understand ecosystems
Experience conducting basic research, fieldwork and gathering ecological data (i.e. vegetation and hydrologic monitoring)
Proficiency with GPS and ArcGIS
Proficiency in report writing and presenting findings effectively
Basic understanding of Environmental Impact Assessments and related regulatory standards
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field is required
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in variable field condition
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field assignments
Preferred Qualifications/Additional Details
1+ year of field experience preferred (internship or professional).
Master’s degree in natural resource management, environmental science, Biology, Ecology, or a related field.
Familiar with land management practices and/or Forestry (. i.e. prescribed burning, herbicide spraying, etc.)
