Find It.
With our internal land representatives and strong real estate partnerships, Revive is organized to find and assess properties for its best economic and ecologic use. We can assess properties for threatened and endangered species habitat potential, water quality potential or ecological potential. Our team is equipped to assess land for not only environmental value but uses its partnerships to assess property for ALL values thus enhancing your total economic value.
Build It.
Once completed with the find it stage, we build it. with our full diverse staff of ecologists, engineers, credit sales coordinators, contractors, and more. We can build and manage the entire asset from beginning to end. With a diverse staff and a cross disciplined team, our projects are streamlined and have continuous quality check procedures in place to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
MEET YOUR MANAGERS
Kasey Okolichany, PMP
Founder and Manager
Kasey began her career in ecological restoration over 12 years ago, focusing on the maintenance, restoration, and long-term management of diverse ecosystems. Early on, she identified a critical need for a liaison who could bridge the gap between finance and biology, delivering turnkey solutions for habitat restoration. Embracing this challenge, she honed a comprehensive skill set to expertly manage a wide range of ecological assets.
Kasey holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. With over five years as a Program Manager at a leading national ecological restoration organization, she spearheaded the development of new markets and geographic territories, built a dynamic team of project managers, scientists, contractors, and engineers in Florida, and successfully managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio of ecological assets.
A Florida native, Kasey’s deep connection to the state’s diverse landscapes fuels her lifelong commitment to their preservation. Her passion and expertise ensure that your ecological assets are entrusted to capable and dedicated hands.
Lynn Zenczak
Credit Sales Manager
Lynn is a native Floridian, originally from southwest Florida in Naples. Growing up in a rapidly developing region, she had the unique opportunity to witness its growth and transformation firsthand. A proud graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Lynn began her career with a real estate developer, working under the Director of Operations for Agriculture and Environmental Land Operations. In this role, she gained invaluable experience in the permitting and operations of mitigation banks.
Lynn later took on the responsibility of overseeing the sales and marketing of the company’s environmental land division, managing environmental credit sales across multiple mitigation banks. She played a key role in new business development, acquisitions, and the sales of environmental land, collaborating with clients ranging from landowners to investment groups on new projects. Over the course of her career, Lynn has represented both wetland and habitat banks from early development stages through to the successful sale of credits. As a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida, she has been able to assist clients in both land acquisitions and dispositions.
Outside of her professional life, Lynn is deeply dedicated to her Florida community. She served on the Calusa Nature Center Board of Trustees for over eight years, including two years as President. Under her leadership, she chaired many successful events, including the Spring Fling featuring Jack Hanna, which raised over $75,000 for the center’s conservation programs. She also contributed her expertise as a member of the Southwest Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, further strengthening her ties with mitigation credit buyers and industry representatives.
In her personal life, Lynn cherishes spending quality time with her family. Despite their busy schedules, they prioritize activities like fishing, hiking, and watersports, making the most of their time together.
