Big Cypress Mitigation Bank is a ~2,163.71-acre wetland mitigation and restoration project in Hendry County, Florida, within the greater Big Cypress landscape of Southwest Florida.

The bank restores lands historically altered by citrus operations through hydrologic restoration, modification of drainage features, invasive-species control, native vegetation establishment, and long-term ecological management. Restoration is focused on hydric pine flatwoods, freshwater herbaceous wetlands, and mixed forested wetlands.

The project includes lands adjacent to Big Cypress National Preserve and is managed under an approved mitigation banking framework with ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and conservation requirements.
