Highlands Ranch Mitigation Bank is a 1,576-acre wetland mitigation bank in Clay County, Florida, serving the Northern St. Johns River and Northern Coastal Basin 4. The bank provides state and federal mitigation for qualifying freshwater forested wetland impacts.

The project restores former pine plantation lands to mesic flatwoods and sandhill communities while enhancing isolated and contiguous mixed forested wetlands and bay swamp. Its location within the Ocala to Osceola Greenway contributes to a broader connected conservation landscape in northeast Florida.

Highlands Ranch also includes substantial upland habitat managed as an approved Gopher Tortoise recipient site, adding another layer of long-term habitat conservation to the property.
